We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide reliable, high-quality service to our customers.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must have own tools necessary to complete the job
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous attitude
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable; must arrive on time every day
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Clean up thoroughly after work in customer homes
- Follow and maintain all safety and quality standards
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
