Come join the 7,000 employees worldwide working at Primetals Technologies, a Group Company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.Responsibilities:Operates lathes, drill presses, mills, routers, grinding machines, duplicating and profile machines; specialty Faro Laser MachineWorks from drawings and written instructionsRequires knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processesDetermines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machinedInspects machined work pieces to verify conformanceMay provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced machinistsDaily maintenance check of machineOther work may be assigned at Management's discretionEducation/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:High School or Equivalent5 - 8 years of related work experienceCrane/Forklift Certification – In-house training provided to obtain certificationsValid Driver's licenseProper use of Safety Equipment – Safety boots, hard hat, fall protection, safety glasses, ear plugsProper use of tools: Inside and Outside Micrometers, Depth Micrometer, Calipers, Bore Gages, Other General Hand ToolsPrimetals Technologies offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment.
