Job Summary

A respected and established plaintiff litigation firm in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury to join its growing legal team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and wants to continue developing in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
- Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and depositions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, expectations, and next steps.

- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of litigation.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial-related proceedings.
- Maintain organized case files while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required.
- Strong litigation, legal research, legal writing, and case management skills.
- Excellent client communication, organizational, and professional judgment skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality client representation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
- Prior prosecution experience.
- Experience working in a plaintiff-focused, trial-driven litigation environment.
