Senior Solutions Engineer

Senior Solutions Engineer Location: Claremont, CA Responsibilities Design, administer and configure complex enterprise, workgroup, and back-office solutions. Assist in the leadership of the implementation of new solutions and upgrades. Oversee technical support and training for end-users. Develop and maintain documentation for solutions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and develop security policies and procedures. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Maintain business partner relationships with assigned organizational units. Perform other related tasks as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Sciences with preference for significant background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in higher education IT or a related field. Valid driver’s license required for driving college-owned vehicles. Experience with administration and configuration of complex enterprise, workgroup, and back-office solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience leading projects and teams. Work Hours Full‑time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Evening and/or weekend work may be required. Salary $82,000 – $85,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
