Traveler - Nursing

Schedule

19:00 - 07:00, rotating schedule with 2 days one week and 4 days the next.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 24
Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements

• Point-Click-Care experience
• Traveler cannot be more than 100 miles away from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Perform assessments and develop care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
