What You'll Bring to the Team

• Previous experience in working in veterinary medicine is required; previous management experience in veterinary medicine strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a P&L strongly preferred.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
