Certified Respiratory Therapist (Sign-On Bonus)

We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide critical care respiratory services in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, airway management, performing ABG analysis, conducting pulmonary diagnostics, implementing care plans, documenting interventions, and responding to emergencies. In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing shift operations. Qualifications include a valid State RCP License , current BCLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications (NRP preferred). Experience of at least 2 years as an RCP is preferred, along with an associate or bachelor's degree.
