Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center construction projects throughout the United States. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Enforce site safety protocols, quality control standards, and construction specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to minimize delays.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and schedule reviews.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate project updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience, preferably on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or other large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety standards, quality control, and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally and remain on-site for the duration of assigned projects.

Travel Requirements

This is a 100% national travel position , supporting large-scale data center construction projects across the United States. xhyhwjd Candidates must be comfortable with extended travel and working on active construction sites nationwide.
