As part of Northzone’s continuous growth, we are excited to expand our investment team in New York by hiring a new Associate. We are looking for an outstanding individual with the intellect and drive to find, win over, and support the world’s best entrepreneurs. 2025 is an exciting time to join the New York team. Over the last few years, we’ve doubled the team, moved into a new office, and have more energy than ever to find and partner with the best founders in the ecosystem. What you’ll be doing: Sourcing – uncovering new deals and forming relationships with entrepreneurs across multiple sectors and markets Diligence – supporting market, financial, and commercial DD alongside the existing investment team Networking – representing Northzone in the New York and broader US ecosystem, connecting with founders, investors, operators, and customers both 1-on-1 and at events Thesis building – developing new ideas in new markets that will lead to your sector expertise over time Portfolio support – working with our existing founders and their teams, increasing your exposure as you spend time with us, on strategic work in and around the portfolio We encourage all Northzoners to build relationships across all of our offices, with multiple opportunities a year to meet in person and maintain the culture that we’re proud of. Are you able to derive information and decisions from very little data? How quickly can your gut decide if something is exciting or not?
