Keep it clean, monitor the wash cycle to ensure it's sanitary and effective, and report any problems immediately Responsible for keeping the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors and dining room hallways mopped and sanitized, and monitoring sanitation buckets and production areas Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
