C# Software Developer (.NET)

About the Role

We’re looking for a C# Software Developer to join a collaborative engineering team focused on building and enhancing scalable, secure enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll contribute to both new development and modernization efforts , helping improve internal systems that drive efficiency and deliver high-quality software experiences to end users.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and enhance n-tier enterprise applications
• Develop clean, scalable code in C# / .NET
• Work across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with QA and documentation teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Contribute to architecture discussions focused on scalability and security
• Support and troubleshoot applications, including participation in on-call rotations
• Help define and implement improvements, features, and system enhancements
• Assist in analyzing user needs and translating them into technical solutions

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# / .NET (object-oriented programming)
• Solid understanding of:
  • SQL / relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Entity Framework or other ORM tools
  • MVVM or MVC design patterns
  • WPF / XAML (UI development)
• Experience working with APIs and building endpoints
• Familiarity with client-server architectures (e.g., WCF)
• Exposure to unit testing, TDD, or automated testing practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working on internal-facing business applications
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Remote, OR.

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr.
