QA Inspector I

Job TitleHours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch). #####/hr In this function you will:Operate or tend machines to wash or clean items, such as manufactured articles to remove impurities preparatory to further processing.Review production requirements of other areas to determine parts neededSet controls to regulate length of cycle and drum speed and starts drumsLoad and unload objects to and from washer and hopper using tow motorVisually inspect parts to ensure they are free of oil, water or soapRefill tank at designated intervals with waterObserve machine operation, gauges, or thermometer and adjust controls to maintain operation, according to specificationsExamine and inspect machine for malfunctions, and product for conformance to processing specificationsRemove full bin using tow motorClean and maintain work areaClean machinesBe responsible for sorting/inspection of suspect material, processing rework, assisting other product lines, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Group Leader.Complete all annual required safety trainingFollow any specific environmental procedure required on your departmentWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.
