Associate Surgical Account Manager/Surgical Account Manager - Arizona

Johnson & Johnson seeks a surgical account manager for its cardiovascular division in Arizona to drive adoption of cardiac devices, particularly the Impella product portfolio. The field-based role involves managing relationships with cardiac surgeons and cardiologists across a designated territory, with commission-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution and utilization of Impella 5.5 and broader product portfolio among cardiac surgeons and cardiologists
- Manage clinical sites and EXCEL program participation for new surgery and heart failure technologies
- Achieve quarter-over-quarter growth targets across designated territory
- Staff major conferences including HFSA, AHA, STS, AATS, and ISHLT
- Build surgical program vertical and expand heart recovery solutions adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years cardiac surgery and/or cardiology medical device sales experience (Surgical Account Manager level)
- 5+ years cardiac surgery and/or cardiology medical device clinical or sales experience (Associate Account Manager level)
- Proven operating room selling track record
- Strong cardiac surgery and structural heart anatomy knowledge
- Established relationships with cardiac surgeons in the region
- 50%-75% overnight travel availability
