• Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
• Preferred Graduation: 2026-2027
• Available to work in a Hybrid setting in Boulder, CO without the need to relocate.

Software Engineer Intern


Siemens Electronic Board Systems division is offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer Intern to join our Infrastructure and Security team. This role is pivotal in providing services to development teams and management, focusing on enhancing code qualityThe ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in C/C++ with the capability to employ Python, shell scripts, and application-specific development environments for building process-oriented analytical data presentation and reporting tools. This position is perfect for individuals looking to apply their technical skills in a real-world environment while contributing to the improvement of software development processes within a leading global software company.

Qualifications :

• Strong competency in C/C++ and Java, with abilities in both developing new code and reading existing code.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages to build interfaces between internal systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
• Confidence in decision-making and the ability to advocate those decisions to senior engineers.
• Insatiable intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in software development and security.

You'll Benefit From
The hourly pay range for this position 23 - 39 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
