Job Location: 387 Magnolia Ave STE 102 - Corona, CA 92879 Salary Range: $17.00 - $28.00 hourly, full-time. Work Location: In person. Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location, leading a high‑performing team, managing sales performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention. Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and apply financial acumen. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background). Strong sales background preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Established history of managing multiple direct reports. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
