Product Engineer II Speedway, IN, United States | req31102 What you will enjoy doing In this role, you will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes Also, you will develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs You will be in charge to develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes and implement efficient quality control processes and cost‑saving measures Oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing processes Educate and train new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes You will suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency Coordinate with various departments to ensure products are completed on time Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met And you will complete contract review of customer purchase orders What Makes You Great A bachelor's degree manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field required Further, you must have four (4) years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience You are proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology You have effective communication and customer service skills Experience using CAD (computer‑aided design) software is a plus Additionally, you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands‑on" environment Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
