Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $84,500–$120,000 annually, with opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Base salary plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and potential long‑term ownership in the company (eligible upon promotion to Sr. BCBA). Monthly Performance Bonuses are uncapped. Sign‑On Bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses for each therapist becoming certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available. 401(k) with company match. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseload: up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses. Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Leadership Path: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Participate in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Education & Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; additional funds for external courses; 2 paid days off for CEU events.
