Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus' and Partnership

Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Their model focuses on personalized, respectful, and accessible care that delivers better health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
Work/Life Balance
Small Patient Panel - up to 250 patients
Manage PCP's and NP's
Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Clinic offers:

Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)

Requirements:

Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
