Job Title: Certified Surgical First Assist Profession: CSFA Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: None required Certifications: BLS Certification BLS (AHA) Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) via NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Must-Have: BLS Certification Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) Description: The position requires mandatory call coverage every 6th day from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Every 6th Saturday shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. On-call coverage is required from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM every 6th Sunday. Call coverage on Monday morning is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Experience in surgical assistance is essential. Charting system utilized is Expanse - hCare. The minimum years of experience required is two years. This role is in an acute care setting. The department is seeking a qualified professional to support surgical operations.
