We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience in outpatient neuro setting preferred; at minimum, completion of a clinical rotation in outpatient neuro required by client. Experience with evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, discharge planning, and patient/family education in an acute care or LTACH setting preferred. Supervisory experience with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and experience supervising students preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to follow facility safety procedures including safe patient handling, infection control, and materials handling.
