About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers and closing sales. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and thrive in a performance-based environment. Hours will be Monday-Thursday 11:00 am-7:00 pm and Fridays from 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Join us in the vibrant timeshare industry where your energy fuels growth! Responsibilities:

• Answering dialer calls to prospective customers
• Present services clearly and persuasively
• Build rapport and handle objections effectively
• Close sales and meet or exceed targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity
• Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads, follow up as necessary
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service to ensure positive client experiences

Requirements:

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset!
• Ability to work independently
• Strong mental mindset, able to hear no and keep going
• Familiar and comfortable using a computer and different software programs
