Physician Neurology Opportunity

Seeking consistent weekday outpatient coverage across three different facilities. The coverage is for outpatient general neurology only. No inpatient coverage, night call, weekend call, or holiday coverage is anticipated. Full-time availability is preferred. Providers must commit to a minimum of three days per week to be considered. The schedule may rotate among locations, with providers assigned to one location per day. This position focuses on evaluating and managing new and established adult and geriatric general neurology patients. Common neurological conditions include headaches and migraines, seizure disorders, neuropathy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, cognitive disorders, and post-stroke follow-up. Providers will review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and outside medical records. Providers are expected to order appropriate diagnostic testing and manage medications. Coordinating care with primary care providers, APPs, specialists, and other members of the neuroscience team is essential. Documentation, patient messages, test results review, and follow-up responsibilities should be completed promptly. Providers are expected to work independently across multiple practice locations. Experience managing the expected patient volume of approximately 14-18 outpatient clinic patients per day is preferred. This position does not involve trauma or emergency coverage.
