Job Summary and Responsibilities As our General Surgeon at CHI St. Vincent, you will join a top-ranked, faith-based facility in Little Rock, providing essential surgical care within a highly collaborative and patient-centered environment. In this role, you will provide complete care from diagnosis through post-operative recovery, acting as a crucial provider for trauma and emergencies. Your role demands precision, critical decision-making, and compassionate communication with patients and their families throughout their surgical journey. Participate in 1:6 Call Rotation Level II Trauma Center Established practice with 5 Physicians PSFL Eligible Epic EMR We are offering a competitive compensation package that includes an initial guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
