Treatment Coordinator

Highland Dental — Liberty, MO Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Highland Dental is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role for someone who connects easily with people, communicates with confidence, and enjoys helping patients make important decisions about their care.

You'll work directly with patients after their consultation to help them understand their treatment, answer questions, discuss financial options, overcome concerns, and ultimately get their treatment scheduled.

We're looking for someone who is warm and genuine with patients, but also confident, driven, and comfortable asking patients to move forward.

What You'll Do

• Meet one-on-one with patients to review comprehensive treatment plans 
• Clearly explain treatment, fees, financing options and next steps 
• Build trust and understand each patient's individual concerns and priorities 
• Help patients work through financial or other barriers to treatment 
• Confidently ask patients to move forward and get treatment scheduled 
• Maintain consistent, organized follow-up with patients who need more time
• Keep pending treatment from falling through the cracks 
• Track case acceptance, scheduled treatment and follow-up results 
• Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an excellent patient experience

Dental treatment coordination experience is strongly preferred, but we're open to exceptional candidates with relevant experience in other relationship-based, high-value customer roles.

More Than Presenting a Treatment Plan

This isn't a position where you simply present an estimate and wait for the patient to call back. 

You'll own the process from treatment presentation through follow-up and scheduling. Our doctors establish the care patients need; your role is to make sure patients understand their options, feel confident in their decision, and have a clear path to getting started.

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.  

We believe strong performance should be recognized and rewarded. The bonus is tied to measurable results in treatment acceptance and scheduled treatment, giving high performers the opportunity to earn above their base salary.
