Their portfolio consists of highly detailed interior renovations for discerning private clients, with projects requiring exceptional craftsmanship, sophisticated project management, and close coordination with architects, designers, consultants, and specialty subcontractors. They operate in a collaborative environment where quality, professionalism, and client experience are equally important to project execution.Job DescriptionAs Project Executive, you will be responsible for the following:Provide executive-level oversight of multiple high-end residential construction projects.Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.Establish project strategy, schedule, budget, staffing, and execution plans.Maintain senior-level relationships with owners, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.Review project financials, schedules, procurement, change orders, and overall performance.Identify and resolve high-level project risks before they impact cost or schedule.Ensure projects maintain the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, safety, and client service.Participate in preconstruction, estimating, contract negotiations, and project turnover.Mentor and develop project management and field staff.Serve as the senior escalation point for complex project and client issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Executive should have:10+ years of construction experience, preferably with a leading NYC high-end interior general contractor.Proven experience managing high-end residential interior gut renovations.Strong background with Manhattan townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, luxury apartments, or comparable projects.Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Director, Vice President, or similar senior leadership position.Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials.Excellent communication and client-management skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $220,000 to $250,000.Comprehensive medical benefits.Paid time off (PTO).401(k) retirement savings plan.Performance-based bonus opportunities.Interested?
