About the Role: As an On Call Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing flexible, on-call care to our clients in need. Your duties will include:

• Providing companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to help our clients maintain their independence
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting our clients with their daily routines and activities
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families

Responsibilities: Provide on-call care to clients as needed, with a guaranteed 30 hours of work per week. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs. Adapt to changing client needs and circumstances. Collaborate with other caregivers and the care team to ensure seamless care transitions. Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
