Electrical Engineering co-op The primary responsibilities of this role are to: Design and test electronic circuitry; Generate test plans and protocols; Analyze test results and compose test reports; You will also troubleshoot problems during testing, assume ownership of specific test methods and sub-modules, and routinely provide readouts to the larger hardware team about the progress of your work.This is a 12 month co-op position beginning in January OR May of 2027. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and test electronic circuitry;Generate test plans and protocols;Analyze test results and compose test reports;Troubleshoot problems during testing and assume ownership of specific test methods and sub-modules;Routinely provide readouts to the larger hardware team about the progress of your work.WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:Enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program;Completion of at least second year of a Bachelors degree;Experience with basic electronic test equipment;Classwork in circuits, hardware design, physics, and statistics;Attention to detail, positive attitude, good work ethic;Ability to independently troubleshoot;Teamwork experience through coursework, lab work, and/or internship;Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Python, Matlab, and schematic entry tools;Medical device classwork.YOUR APPLICATIONBayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
