We Pay up to "75%" of the broker fee charged per sale vs 10-15% + 100% active Renewals + Endorsements! One sale SOLD here is equivalent to 3-4 sales anywhere else. This is the Company to assist agents in expansion and growth. Upgrade agents earn between 100-250K year & YES we can PROVE it. We have over 50 agents doing this on our sales floors with Many others earning between 100-125K with not the same skill set or motivation but still earn respectable incomes.

Example: Charge 400 Broker Fee on one sale earn 75% = 300.00 in less than 30 min, our paperwork process is very advanced... Anyone working anywhere else that is a broker is just wasting years of growth and income. When the 12 months is Up you are paid on the annual renewal (Free Money) You have to be really a Poor salesperson to not make it on our sales floors. We also Pay 25.00 for positive review and if you sell any calls that have not been sold that was taken by another agent you earn additional 50.00 FREE on top of normal 75% commissions.
