Responsibilities Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and Heart of House personnel. Partner with the General Manager to maintain the restaurant at the top of its game. Focus on guest‑related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences. Qualifications Preferred: 3years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations. Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
