What You Will Do Shape the people strategy and translate our commercial, product, and customer priorities into practical people plans that strengthen performance, capability, and culture. Coach and enable leaders by being a trusted advisor to the North America Sales, Customer Experience, Global Services & Digital Solutions, and Product Management leaders—improving manager effectiveness, clarity, communication, decision‑making, and team health. Build talent and leadership strength by driving succession planning, accelerating development of high‑potential talent, and partnering closely on hiring for critical roles. Improve how teams work by leading organizational design improvements, clarifying decision rights, and streamlining handoffs across functions. Lead change by supporting transformations, restructures, and process improvements—using data, influencing skills, and structured change management. Use data to drive action by bringing insights from workforce analytics, engagement data, productivity metrics, and customer outcomes to inform decisions. Partner across HR by working closely with COEs and Shared Services to ensure seamless execution and consistent adoption of HR tools, processes, and digital solutions. What Success Looks Like: A consistent HR operating rhythm tied to business impact (QBRs, KPI reviews, leadership forums), strong succession benches and timely moves that build capability, and higher engagement, lower regrettable attrition, and a more connected culture. What You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor’s required; Master’s in HR/IR/OD or MBA preferred. 4–6 years as an HRBP supporting complex, matrixed, customer‑facing (Sales/Commercial) and/or product/technology organizations. Depth across CAHRS HR Business Partner capability pillars including strategy & engagement, talent & leadership, organizational effectiveness, and operating model orchestration. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and to lead change management initiatives. High‑level interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset and strong influencing skills across senior stakeholders. Strength in org design, leadership coaching, talent planning, and change delivery, with the ability to drive innovative HR solutions in a fast‑changing business landscape. Proven adaptability to new digital capabilities, pragmatic use of AI‑driven tools, and the ability to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of HR solutions. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00, based on factors including education, experience, certifications, etc. Eligible for a performance bonus.
