About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy and digital transformation. This executive leadership role is pivotal in leveraging technology, data, automation, AI, and cybersecurity to enhance the organization's operations, decision-making, and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide technology roadmap, identifying and implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensuring that technology is a strategic business enabler. The CIO will also lead the adoption of AI and automation, champion the use of data as a strategic asset, and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture. The ideal CIO for the company will have over 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise technology strategies. A strong background in modern cloud and SaaS environments, as well as experience in technology modernization and digital transformation, is essential. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a strong business acumen to evaluate technology investments. The CIO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing technology team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure that technology practices align with regulatory and security requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and exposure to AI strategy and governance is highly preferred.
