Recall Repair SpecialistDo you enjoy working as a self-starter, staying active, driving throughout the day, and connecting with people face to face?If so, this role is for you! As a Recall Repair Specialist, you'll be a friendly face helping vehicle owners act on important safety repairs. You'll travel within your assigned area, most of your day on the road, visit customer's latest registered address, educate them to understand the open recalls, and gain approval for you to facilitate a repair onsite.This role is heavily focused on customer interaction, where building trust and confidently guiding conversations is key to success.In addition to outreach, you will perform intermediate level approved repairs.
