0.5FTE Half‑Time Job Share Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Sharp Rees‑Stealy Medical Group Locations Various locations throughout San Diego County Position Details Full‑time outpatient practice – primary care only 2.5‑day work week, averaging 16‑20 patients per day Flexible scheduling with option of half‑day virtual care Shared phone line across a large provider pool Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed annual salary of $132,500 in the first year (productivity/bonuses not included) Sign‑on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401(k) Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible Shareholder Track 1.0FTE: 2‑year track to shareholder status 0.5FTE: 4‑year track to shareholder status Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine within 2 years of employment Note Position description is limited to core responsibilities and qualifications as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Digicon Corporation
