Assistant Property Manager (Southwood)

In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-dayproperty management operationsof the community, includingleasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM with the ability to work Saturdays when needed. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community, ensuring excellent resident service and operational efficiency. Assistwith leasing activities, including apartment tours, application processing, recertifications, and lease renewals. Monitor rent collections, post payments, enforce collection policies, andassistwith delinquency management. Respond to resident concerns and helpmaintainpositive resident relations and customer satisfaction. Prepare financial reports, resident correspondence, recertification notices, and other property documentation. Processpurchaseorders, invoices, and accounts payable transactions. Assistwith property operations, financial administration, and occupancy-related activities. Serve asactingProperty Manager in the Manager's absence, as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, ora relatedfield. Up to 1 year of supervisory, team lead, leadership, or mentoring experience. A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and web-based business applications. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry. Ability to work effectively with diverse residents, colleagues, and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree. Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or other property management software.
