We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically minded person to join our team as a Window & Door Service Technician Apprentice .

No prior window or door experience is required! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed and give you the opportunity to grow into a skilled Service Technician.

?? What You'll Do

• Assist experienced technicians with window and door service calls
• Learn how to diagnose and repair common window and door issues
• Help with adjustments, repairs, replacements, and installations
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Follow company safety and quality standards
• Learn the trade and gradually take on more responsibility

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working inside homes and businesses

• Physically able to perform the duties of the position
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on trades is a plus — but not required.
