Daily Shift Responsibilities
Every day is a little different, but you'll typically:
- Lead and support frontline team members during your shift
- Help keep guest flow smooth and energy high
- Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly
- Support attractions and daily operations
- Make sure guests have a safe, fun, and seamless experience
- Be the go-to person when the team needs direction
Ideal Candidate Traits
- Enjoy leading or supporting a team in a busy environment
- Like being active and working directly with people
- Stay calm when things get fast-paced
- Naturally step up when others need help
- Want to grow into leadership in attractions, hospitality, or retail
Previous leadership or shift experience is helpful — but not required if you bring the right attitude and people skills.
