Physical Therapist - Neuro/Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team specializing in Neuro and Inpatient Rehabilitation. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics with various conditions such as CVA, hip fractures, debility, and more.

Schedule

The position requires a full-time commitment with a day/weekend rotation. The work hours are from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in the Neuro and Inpatient Rehab departments.
• Provide individualized therapy interventions for diverse conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Neuro or Inpatient Rehab settings.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.
