The Cantio , a new 97-room boutique hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton , will offer inviting places to stay, dine, and gather—from a cozy café to a rooftop restaurant and lounge. As part of our opening team, you’ll support hotel leadership with everyday administrative tasks while also welcoming and assisting guests at the front desk. How You’ll Make a Difference Keep us organized. Support hotel leadership with correspondence, data entry, filing, reports, and meeting coordination. Help prepare for opening day. Organize materials, maintain checklists, and assist with administrative preparations. Make every welcome count. Greet guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions. Take care of the details. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information with care. Be a helpful connection. Answer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate requests with the appropriate department. Support the whole team. Balance administrative assignments with front desk coverage and communicate priorities with hotel leadership. What You Bring Previous administrative or office support experience required. Previous hotel front desk experience required. A friendly, professional approach and a genuine desire to help others. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems. The ability to balance guest needs with administrative deadlines. Dependability and discretion when handling sensitive information. Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
