Direct W2 Contract | Hiring for US & Canadian Markets | Exclusive BFSI Opportunities with Top Industry Leaders Job: 401k Data Conversion analyst Location: Covington KY or Merrimack NH or Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite per month) Long term contract MUST HAVE: 401k experience, BA experience (client facing / requirement gathering). Backgrounds the team has hired in the past (HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins, BAs). Don\'t really care too much about job titles; the 401K and BA experience are most important. The Expertise We’re Looking For This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above. Strong organizational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners. The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.
