Client Services Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating caregivers to provide services to elderly, sick, or disabled clients in their homes. They manage a high volume of scheduling tasks, communicate effectively with caregivers and clients, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. **Responsibilities:**
1. Schedule caregiver visits based on qualifications and client needs.
2. Manage incoming phone calls and emails to resolve scheduling conflicts and concerns.
3. Communicate assignments and schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
4. Process data for accurate payroll, scheduling, and billing.
5. Assist with data entry and payer verification.
6. Independently manage client and family dynamics.
7. Collaborate with various departments to address caregiver issues.
8. Ensure staff compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
9. Identify staff development needs and coordinate in-services.
10. Collaborate with payroll to address time sheet discrepancies.
11. Complete incident/accident reports and assist in investigations.
12. Alert Clinical Director of staffing or personnel issues promptly.
13. Maintain on-call schedules and coordinated care availability.
14. Approve time-off requests while ensuring coverage.
15. Stay updated on home health principles and practices.
16. Foster relationships with agencies and professionals.
17. Participate in committees and task forces as needed.
18. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
19. Resolve client complaints and concerns.
20. Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience of healthcare of homecare experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a Home Health/Home Care Agency preferred. **Competencies/Skills:**
- Strong planning and organizing abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Strong teamwork and prioritization skills. Base Pay:

- $20.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
- Monthly performance bonus based on individual and departmental performance metrics.
- $2,000 annual on-call incentive , paid on a weekly basis to associates participating in the on-call rotation.
- $60,000-$65,000 , including base pay, performance bonuses, and on-call compensation.
