Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Stay updated on technological advancements and patent law developments. Requirements 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Admission to the USPTO. Experience in machine learning, telecommunications, autonomous driving, RF circuitry, or hardware security preferred. Education Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Certifications USPTO registration.
