Your Role As a Civil Engineer EIT at LCR & Company, you’ll work closely with senior engineers to design and deliver high-quality projects. This is a design-focused role with opportunities to expand your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow. Key Responsibilities Use Civil 3D and Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis to prepare construction plans and technical drawings Develop designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Perform drainage impact studies and related hydrologic/hydraulic analyses Prepare cost estimates, quantities, and supporting calculations Coordinate with other disciplines and review design components for accuracy and efficiency Assist with field data collection, construction observation, and client meetings (approx. 10% travel) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) Ability to obtain Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certification within 6 months of hire 0–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience (new graduates welcome) Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and Word Experience with hydrologic & hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS or similar software preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 40 hours PTO in your first year, plus 2 sick days 80 hours PTO annually after your first year Paid holidays Professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative environment Why Join Us?
