We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of customer success who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for heads of customer success with 4+ years running QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews
