About the Role We are seeking a Regional Vice President ofPayerSales to join our growing enterprise sales organization. In this role, you willbe responsible fordriving sales of Office Ally’s products and services toHealth plans, includingCommercial, Government,Managed Service Organizations (MSO),Independent Physicians Associations(IPA),andThird-PartyAdministrators (TPA).This is a full-cycle sales role with ownership of a territory encompassingnationalandregionalpayersand namedaccounts.You will manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, territory planning and review, cold outreach, on-site meetings, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and deal closure. This is a remote position supporting a sales territory across the United States. What You’ll Do Drive new logo acquisitionwithin the payer/health plan space, driving overall account strategy, execution, and revenue growth. Manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from discovery through close. Build a pipeline of qualified health plan prospects, whiletracking all activity in CRM systems like Salesforce. Collaborate cross-functionally withteams such as Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to support businessobjectivesand drive seamless execution of sales initiatives. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive sales experience within healthcare, with specific experience inselling to health plans/payers,clearinghouse, and EDI solutions. Proven track record of success selling complex, enterprise-level solutions. Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Established and active sales network within the health plan/payer, clearinghouse, and EDI ecosystem. Sales-related certifications or formal sales training (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, or similar). Travel Requirements This role requires up to30%travel , which may include client meetings, team gatherings, or company events, and attendance at industry tradeshows. Travel will typically be scheduled in advance and supported by the company. Pay Transparency Office Ally is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices in alignment with pay transparency laws. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
