Weekend On-Call Program RN - Extensive Training

About the Role

As a Weekend On-Call Program RN, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides unparalleled care to our patients on the weekends. Your expertise and dedication will enable us to provide high-quality medical services to our community. With EXTENSIVE TRAINING , you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in this role. You will work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Utilize EXTENSIVE TRAINING to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Participate in on-call shifts, including all shifts on weekend
Assist with call offs, in house supervisior needs including falls & rehospilizations decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

RN licensure in the state of PA
1 years of experience in a healthcare setting & long term care experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
