As an Unarmed Security Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat10:00 AM - 09:00 PMSun11:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail team members while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, and exterior perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through accurate reports, and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
