Employee Assistant Program FSA and HSA Plans Life Insurance Opportunities for Advancement Paid Training Employee Referral Program Employee DiscountLocation: Bergey's Commercial Tire, Pennsauken NJ Shift: Full Time Pay: $18 to $21 / hour based on experience $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus based on qualificationsSummaryPerform tire repairs, replacements & general service to tires and wheels at customer's location, on the road or at the shop.Essential DutiesRaise vehicle with hydraulic jack, use air tools and heavy hand-held toolsMount, dismount, balance, replace, and repair Passenger & Light TruckPerform Alignments on Passenger & Light TrucksAbility to recognize repairable tires and properly perform repairCommunicate all work performed via legible writing on tags, work orders and/or invoicesPerform all tasks in a safe and efficient mannerUse all provided safety equipment including seat belts, gloves, jack stands, wheel chocks, safety glasses, and cagesMaintain safe driving recordOperate commercial service truckPerform daily maintenance to vehicle, tools and equipmentMaintain professional relationship with customersPerforms oil changes and other basic maintenance on Passenger & Light TrucksOther tasks as assignedKnowledge of Passenger/Light Truck tires mandatoryMechanical experience a plus Good Customer service skillsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
