In this role, you'll support our sales representatives and underwriters by managing documents, organizing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service to business owners across the country.You'll gain front-line experience in how small businesses operate, share in commissions, and get a shot at moving into a Sales role down the line. Our mission is simple: empower entrepreneurs with fast, flexible funding solutions so they can grow with confidence.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day customer service and support the Sales and Underwriting teams in ensuring the effective execution of daily transactionsRequest missing documentation directly from customers in order to complete loan applications and draw requestsMaintain accurate account information across all stages of the life cycle in Salesforce with the most relevant notes and updatesAssisting customers with account inquiries and direct to appropriate department when neededPractice effective sales management and organizational techniquesMinimum RequirementsNo prior customer service experience is needed. If you have a strong work ethic, elite organizational skills, are a true team player, can collaborate with others, and understand the needs we have to provide strong support to our sales team, we are interested in meeting you.
