This support includes all tasks necessary to develop, coordinate, and track compliance with AFRL enterprise cybersecurity architecture, strategy, plans, and supplemental policy for the entire distributed AFRL organization.Essential Job FunctionsCybersecurity Governance & ComplianceDevelop and enforce cybersecurity policies across AFRLTrack compliance with DoD frameworks (likely RMF/NIST 800-53)Work heavily in eMASS (key requirement)Architecture & StrategyDesign enterprise-level cybersecurity architectureHelp define long-term cyber strategy and plansAlign systems with Air Force/DoD standardsTechnical OversightProvide guidance on:Systems engineeringNetwork securityLikely reviewing, not building systems directlyCustomer Support / Stakeholder EngagementWork with AFRL technical directoratesTranslate cyber requirements into actionable guidanceMinimal Position RequirementsActive DoD Secret clearance U.S. citizenship eMASS experience as: Security Controls Assessor (SCA), or SCA Representative (3+ years) 5+ years DoD/Air Force experience CISSP (or ability to get it within 12 months)Experience briefing senior leadership SharePoint admin experience SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
