About the role:

We're hiring a Senior Event Marketing Manager to own our events and be measured on the pipeline they produce.

Our buyers are CFOs, COOs and revenue cycle leaders at the largest multi-site ABA, physical therapy and ENT operators in the country, and the private equity firms behind them. They attend a handful of events a year and respond best to small, curated formats.

You'll own a budget of roughly $700,000 across conferences, sponsorships and executive dinners. You decide where it goes, set a target for each event before we commit, and report what it returned. You'll work closely with our enterprise sales team, SDR and GTM systems lead.
What you'll do:

• Build the annual and quarterly event plan around our named enterprise accounts and PE sponsors
• Manage the budget, reforecast each quarter, and recommend what to cut and where to spend more
• Negotiate sponsorships and vendor contracts
• Build target lists before every event and get our AEs committed to bringing their accounts
• Produce conferences, executive dinners and invite-only gatherings
• Run follow-up so every conversation has an owner and a next step
• Own event data in HubSpot and report ROI at one, four and sixteen weeks
• Build the case for or against a Camber owned event

What we're looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience in event, field or ABM marketing at B2B companies selling to executives on long sales cycles
• You've owned an event budget of $500,000 or more and can tell us what it returned
• You can explain the difference between sourced and influenced pipeline, and you've been measured on both
• You build your own campaigns and reports in HubSpot or Salesforce
• You've run dinners, roundtables or invite-only programs for senior buyers
• You use AI day to day for list building, research and follow-up
• You write clear briefs and post-event readouts
• You're comfortable traveling 25 to 30% of the time, mostly during conference season

Nice to have:

• Healthcare or revenue cycle experience
• Experience marketing to private equity firms or their portfolio companies
• You've built an owned event from scratch
